ROLL CALL Council members present: Dalla, Pruitt, Waters. VanDeventer. Administrative officials present: Campbell. Mayor Waters called a recess at 11:01 a.m. Council reconvened at 11:10 a.m. Absent: Cooper, ROLL CALL Council members present: Cooper, Dalla, Pruitt, Waters. Absent: VanDeventer. EXECUTIVE SESSION/PERSONNEL Mayor Waters requested an Executive Session for Personnel matters. Moved by Cooper, seconded by Pruitt, in favor of the Executive Session. Carried, by the following vote, to —wit: Ayes: Cooper, Dalla, Pruitt, Waters. Nays: None. Absent: VanDeventer. Council went into Executive Session at 11:11 a.m. Councilman VanDeventer arrived at 11:15 a.m. Council reconvened at 2:20 p.m. ROLL CALL Council members present: Cooper, Dalla, Pruitt, VanDeventer, Waters. Absent: None. Mayor Waters requested a recess until 3:00 p.m. Moved by Pruitt, seconded by VanDeventer, we recess until 3:00 p.m.. Carried by unanimous vote. Council reconvened at 3:00 p.m. ROLL CALL Council members present: Cooper, Dalla, Pruitt, VanDeventer, Waters. Absent: None. Moved by Cooper, seconded by Pruitt, we go back into Executive Session. Carried by unanimous vote. Council went into Executive Session at 3:01 p.m. Council reconvened at 3:47 p.m. ROLL CALL Council members present: Cooper, Dalla, Pruitt, VanDeventer, Waters. Absent: None. ADJOURNMENT Moved by Cooper, seconded by Pruitt, the meeting be adjourned to 4:00 p.m., September 6, 1988. Carried by unanimous vote.
