ROLL CALL Council / Commission members present: Inzunza, Morrison, Parra, Zarate. Council / Commission members absent: Natividad. OFF AGENDA ITEM It was requested that an Item be added to the Closed Session Agenda: Conference with Legal Council -Government Code Section 54956.9 (c). ACTION: Motion by Morrison, second by Zarate to add the item. Carried by the following vote, to -wit: Ayes: Inzunza, Morrison, Parra, Zarate. Nays: None. Absent: Natividad. Abstaining: None. NEW BUSINESS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADMIN 2000-2006 (406-2-9) 1. Real Property Transaction: 1820 G Avenue, 1441 Harding Avenue, 405 18th Street. RECOMMENDATION: None. Consider the matter in Closed Session TESTIMONY: None. ACTION: None. CLOSED SESSION 2. Conference with Real Property Negotiator — Government Code Section 54956.8. Properties: 1820 G Avenue, 1441 Harding Avenue, 405 18th Street. Agency Negotiator: Chris Zapata, Executive Director, Xavier Del Valle, Senior Project Manager. Conference with Legal Counsel- Existing Litigation- government Code Section 54956.9(a) 2. Conference with Labor Negotiators — government Code section 54657.6 Members retired into Closed Session at 5:49 p.m. Members returned to the Chamber at 6:05 p.m. A recess was called. The meeting reconvened in Closed Session at 8:45 p.m. Members returned to the Chamber at 9:03 p.m. CLOSED SESSION REPORT It was reported that no action was taken in Closed Session. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned to the next Regular Meeting of the City Council and Community Development Commission on Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at 6:00 p.m., Council Chambers, Civic Center.
