MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA
November 23, 2010
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council and Community
Development Commission of National City was called to order at 6:10 p.m. by
Mayor / Chairman Ron Morrison.

thanked Councilmember Van Deventer for his service.
Member Zarate thanked Traffic Engineer Steve Manganiello for bicycle route
work and grants.
Mayor Morrison reported that the old city banners have been removed and new
ones are going up. He also extended an invitation to the Morrison Christmas
gathering at his home on December 4th
