the bid of Guy and Ouy, for a three year policy with the Great
American Indemnity Company be accepted. The amount of the
premium is 16,124.36 and there would be a savings of $124.93
if the 0. L. & T. portion is paid in advance; also there is
to be a clause in the policy which states that if there is any
reduction in rates the City would benefit by them.

two or three hundred accounts that have not responded since
July 1st, and we do not know whether they are receiving the

Vansant is quite concerned, and it is suggested that the Coun-
cil employ somebody for a short period of time to make a house
to house call on these people to find out the difficulty, so
that we can bring the bookkeeping system up to date. It will
require a great deal Of tact and diplomacy and a salesman to
handle the situation.
