Mayor Thatcher at 7:30 P. M. Councilmen present: Cordingly,,,
Newberry, Thatcher. Councilmen absent: Adams, Fritz.
Moved by Newberry, seconded by 6ordingly, that the reading of the
minutes of the adjourned :meeting of September 24, 1946, be dis-
pensed with. Carried, 61.1 Councilmen present voting aye.
