He feels that he is unable to maintain en adeouate Police Cent. et the wage scele paid by the City and the Draft Board is taking more of his men. Our own Draft Board has co-operated es much as possible but some of the men are from San Pizgo end outlying Draft Boards. Resignation to take effect on "erch 1, 1944.
