'Report of the Planning Commission on the petition of Mr. Stanley Matthews which was referred back to the Commission for reconsideration and upon the petition of Mrs. aiilma Eichi `er for a permit to operate a riding stable on lots 391 and 382 of Lincoln Acres Annex No. 2; LTron the Mntthews petition, the former recommendation of the Commission still stands.
