and Thatcher.

Chief Eird reported that the application of John. Petronovich
hos been approvers. Moved by Newberry, seconde? by Cordingly, that
this request be allowed. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye.

Civil -ion Defense eo-ordinator James A.Bird, reported that the
cost of the medical suprlies authorize, by the Co>>ncil has increased.

The request of the Senior Air Raid ierden for the establishment
of 18 posts in the City presented. Co-ordinator Bird su`fested a
cormidttee be appo_nted to consider the,selectLon of sites, costs and
etc. Idoved by Newberry, seconded by Fritz, thet the icayor appoint a
committee to work with the co-ordinator on the air raid wardern posts

Mayor Thatcher appointed the renewing committee: Christman, Fritz
and Cordingly.
