Committee.
1/Mrs. Abbie Carrington representing the Olivewood Flower Show
committee requested the support of the City Council. Moved by Cordingly,
seconded by Warner, the donation be the same as last year. Carried, all
Councilmen present voting aye on roll- call. Councilmen absent: none.
Petition of Neal Kitzmuller for permission to build an Auto Court
and Trailer Camp at 2638 National Avenue, considered and referred to the
Planning Commission fo tearing.
✓ Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Kilcrease, that the following
delinquent taxes be accepted without the seven percent interest and the
cancellation fee:

regarding the reduction of the rates of the San Diego Gas and Electric

Street purposes, presented. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Warner, that

Communication from the San Diego Highway Development Assn
RESOLUTION NO. 2212 accepting the deed and naming the streets "Fifth"
Street and "V" Avenue, be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present

extending their thanks for the co-operation of the City Council on the
occasion of the tisit of the State Highway Commission, read and ordered
filed,

Division meeting at Coronado on March 21, 1941, read and ordered filed.
'Petition to repeal the Parking Ordinance in the residential areas

'-Repot of the City Planning Commission, recommending that special
permits be granted to Mildred Recke and Ernest Friedric$ to c onstruct

✓ Moved by Warner, seconded by Fritz, that RESOLUTION NO. 2213, be
\' adopted,granting the special permits as recommended by the Planning
Commission. Carried, all Councilmen presefit;voting aye on roll -call.

City Attorney Johnson read the proposed Taxi -cab ordinance in
its entirety.0rdinance referredLto the Traffic -,Commission.
City Attorney Johnson presented the Plumbing Ordinance. Moved by
Cordingly, seconded by Kilcrease, that the ordinance be laid over for
30 days. Carried, dll Councilmen present voting aye. Councilmen absent:
none.
Being no further business, it was moved by Cordingly, seconded by
Kilcrease, that the meeting adjourn. Carried, all Councilmen present
voting aye. Councilmen absent: none.
