a letter to James B. Abney, District Attorney, regarding the irequest
of the City of National City for assistance from the County Road
Department for the improvement of certain streets itithin the City of

lights at 18th and 24th Streets on D Avenue, the installation of a
400 C.Y. light at 16th St and L Avenue, and that`the stop signs at
16th and D Avenue, be reflectorized. Moved by Coidingly, seconded by
Thatcher, that the lights be chcnged, and that the recommendations of
