NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
CALIFORNIA
TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA
GENTLEMEN:
Please take notice that a special meeting of the City Couhell of the
City of National City, California, is hereby called by the undersigned Mayor
of the said City, and will be held in the chmabers of the said City Council in t]
the City Hall in said City on Thursday, the 17th day of October, 1940, at

The purpose of said meeting will be the consideration and adoption of
the First Supplemental Memorandum of Agreemefit providing for the expenditure
of 1/4 cent gas tax for Streets of Mador•Impcetance - and such other
business as may be desired.

more than three hours before the time designated in the foregoing notice
abd call for a special meeting of said City Council, for the meeting there-
in referred to, affiant personally delivered in said City to each of the
members of said City Council, a notice whereof the foregoing is a true
copy.
