City Engineer Ireland reported that the State Division of Highways wants the City to install a box culvert on 18th Street between Hoover and Coolidge. City Enginner instructed to include it in a project for 1940-41, also oiling shotlders from Palm to East City limits on 18th street and the maintenance of the five major streets of importance.
