✓RESOLUTION NO. 2088, ordering the closing of the alley in
Block 83 and Block 110 and Coolidge Avenue from 18th St to 19th St
read. Moved by Kilcroase, seconded by Thatcher, that the Resolution
be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye on roll -call.
Councilmen absent: none.
City Clerk Dple Smith read Ordinance No. providing for
a Board of Examiners and Appeals, it its entirety. As this Ordinance
was introduced and laid over on March 19, 1940, it was moved by
Cordingly, seconded by Warner, that ORDINABANCE NO. 673 of the
Ordinances of the City of National City, amending Section 304 of
Ordinance No. 656, be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present
voting aye on roll -call. Councilmen absent: none.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Kilcrease, that the following
delinquent tax be accepted without the seven percent interest and
the cancellation fee:

necessary replacements for the Swimming Pool. Carried, all Council-
men present voting aye. Councilmen absent: none.
Being no futher business, it was moved by Cordingly, seconded
by Kilcrease, that the meeting adjourn. Carried, all Councilmen
present voting aye. Councilmen absent: none.
