Moved by Kilerease, seconded by Cordingly, that the following delinquent taxes be accepted without the seven percent interest and the cancellation fee: 'Communication from the Band Parents Club, sponsoring the Sweetweter Union High School Band, requesting permission of the Cit to paint the housenumbers on the curbs, compensation for such to be entirely voluntary, referred to the City Attorney and Chief of Police. Mann, on portion cf closed street which was given to them in exchange for other property end which is necessary to clear the title. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Kilcrease and Fritz, that RESOLUTION NO. 2177, be adopte authorizing the Mayer to execute the deed. Carried, all Councilmen 164 present voting aye, on roll -call.
