Carried all Trustees present voting aye. . Petition of Fr...nk Rursell, Night Watchrman for an increase of salary to $45.00 per ^oath, was read. Moved by Crandall, seconded by Snook tht the wages of the Might watchman be raised to $45.00 per month, said raise to be effective May 1, 1919. Carrie, all Trustees present voting ave. Petitions of prorert-- owners to close Division Street in front cf Block 1, 'Coombe's Place Sub, also to close alley through said Block, were read. Moved by Crandall, seconded by Snook that petitions be laid over until next meeting, the Board tc investigate sane and rencrt. Carried.
