Trustees present,-Cordingly, Snook, Crandall and Hertel. Weisser absent. Minutes of regular meeting of Nov. 18, and Special meeting of Nov. 24, 1919, read and approved. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. • Petition for a street light at the junction of Fast 7th and Arcadia Streets, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Crandall that it be referred to the Streets & Public Property Committee. Carried. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Crandall, that request of Mr. Thos. Hood to remove trees, be denied. Carried. Deed from the San Diego Land Corporation to the City of National City, for Lot 1, Block 135, Plat, was presented. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Crandall that the deed be accepted and the City Clerk instructed to have same recorded. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. ✓•Resolution No. 574, Ordering the Closing up of Alleys in Blocks 1 and 2, Budd Villa Tract, and A. Avenue between 29th and 30th Streets, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that the resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. 148.E ,Request of Owen Marion, asking that the City bear the expense of moving houses, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook, that it be referred to the Health Department. Carried. • The following named were sworn and testified regarding recent trouble with the City Marshal: George Lindner, Alton Stephens, Forest Mikkelson, and Leonard Klein. Moved by Crandall, seconded by Cordingly, that the Board adjourn to Tuesday, Dec. 9,, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Carried. ATTEST: City Cb rk.
