Trustees present,- Cordingly, Snook, Crandall and Hertel. Weisser absent. Minutes of regular meeting of January 21, 1919, read and approved. The following bills, audited by a majority of the Finance Committee presented. Moved by Crandall, seconded by Snook that bills be allowed and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Moved by Crandall, seconded by Cordingly that the City Clerk be instructed to reply, stating that the Board of Trustees are in favor of the passage of this bill, and that a copy be nailed to each representative. Carried. • Petition of Rico Montijo to trim trees at 2nd. Ave. and 17th Street was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Crandall t'h,.t it be referred to the Tree Committee. Carried. 97. ✓ • Application of Montijo and Lepiz for pool license was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Snook that it be referred to the Health & Morals Committee. Carried. • Resignation of Mary A. Bowman as City Recorder, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Crandall that the resignation be accepted. Carried. • The Tree Committee reported that they would grant the request of Mrs. Ball to remove two trees, and the City Clerk was instructed to notify her. • Bonds of F. M.Chase and F. M. Tattersall, Plumbers, were presented. Moved by Crandall, seconded by Snook that the Bonds be approved. Carried. Moved by Crandall, seconded by Cordingly that Board adjourn. Carried.
