Moved by !'eiaer, seconded by Cord_naly that the petition for closing of alley in Floes 1, Cnonbes Place be laid over until Or7nerr on ore Side of part of alley to be closed file with the City Clerk, a statement in Writing that when alley is closed, they will give a deed conveying to the City a right of way through the closed part of alley for se'7er, ',later, light, telephone, gas or any other public utility, and that they Will agree to pay the expense of closing proceedings.
