Mr. Hockey was present and recuested permission to
remove tree in front of his house. Moved by Snook, seconded
by Cordingly that the request be granted. Carried.
Communication. from Mr.
H. N. Savage expressing his
appreciation of work or. the Sweetwater Road, was read and
ordered filed.
Communication from San Diego & Arizona Ry. Co. acknow-
ledging receipt of letter dated Dec. 4, granting permission
to remove trees
and reruesting that a reply be made in the
matter of closing streets as requested in their letter of
Nov. 15, 1916. Moved by Snook, seconded by Cordingly that
the City clerk be instructed to notify the B.D.& Arizona Ry.
Co. that it is the opinion of this Board that crossings
mentioned in letter of Nov. 15 should not be closed. Carried.
