Trustees present,- Cordingly, Snook and Hertel. Weisser and Crardall absent. Minutes of regular meeting of Dec. 3, and special meetings of December 10 and 12, 1918, read The following bills seconded by Cordingly ordered drawn for the voting aye. J. C. Ball, Homeland Bldg. Rz Wade W. T. Cleghorn C. D. Stewart Wm. Wellpott and approved. presented: Moved by Snook, that bills be allowed and warrants same. Carried, all Trustees present Deputy Marshal Co. Supplies Labor,St. Dept. • $9.00 40.70 42.00 9.00 Clipping Horses 10.00 Hay 136.24 Total . . . ;246.94 Mr. Hockey was present and recuested permission to remove tree in front of his house. Moved by Snook, seconded by Cordingly that the request be granted. Carried. Communication. from Mr. H. N. Savage expressing his appreciation of work or. the Sweetwater Road, was read and ordered filed. Communication from San Diego & Arizona Ry. Co. acknow- ledging receipt of letter dated Dec. 4, granting permission to remove trees and reruesting that a reply be made in the matter of closing streets as requested in their letter of Nov. 15, 1916. Moved by Snook, seconded by Cordingly that the City clerk be instructed to notify the B.D.& Arizona Ry. Co. that it is the opinion of this Board that crossings mentioned in letter of Nov. 15 should not be closed. Carried. Moved by Snook, Carried.
