Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called
to order by the President. Trustees present,- Cordingly,
Snook and Hertel. Weisser and Crandall absent.
Minutes of regular meeting of Nov. '6, 1918 read
and approved.
The following bills presented: Moved by Snook, seconded
by Cordingly that bills be allowed and warrants ordered
drawn for the same. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.

Petition of J. Anderson to remove trees was read, and
referred to the Tree Committee.
Communication from the San niego & Arizona Ry. Co. re-
lating to the closing of certain streets and removal of trees
was read and referred to the Tree Committee.
Petition of Citizens requesting the appointment of Frank
Russell ae Night Watchman was read. Moved by Snook, seconded
by Cordingly that Frank Russell be appointed Night Watchman at
a salary of $20.00 for the balance of November and a salary of
$30.00 per month for each month thereafter. Carried, all Trustees
present votingaye.
Reports of the Street Supt. and City Recorder read and
ordered filed.
The Health & Morals Committee reported they were not in
favor of granting pool license to Mrs. Aldrich. Moved by Cording-
ly, seconded by Snook that the request of lira. Aldrich for pool
license be refused. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
