that RESOLUTION NC. 2077, authorizing the cancellation of the 1919
delinquent tex in the amount of$50.97 on all of Block 3 and 4, 10 Acre

at the seven intersections listed in the report be increased to 600

Report of the Planning Commission: "The petition of certain property
i ow:.ers for the opening of 19th Street west of Lenoitan Avenue referred
back to thepetitioners :with e request that they have a surveyor submit
a definite plan; ''Erie petition of residents to change the zcne on Nat'l
Avenue from 24th to 30th street considered and recommends no change in
present zone; won petition of H.T.Eishop to build en eddition to a
chicken house on lots4 _nd 5, Block 29, City Plat, be granted and a
refund of the $ 10.00 special permit fee be allowed; "recommended that
the petition of Mr. H.P.Hallatt to use e builcing now on Lots 3 and 4,
Block 1, Smith ano P1antesSubd.,/for a grocery store be granted;
recommended that the notation of Mr. Ire Keener for a permit to contruct
an alternate type dwelling be granted; recommenced that a membership
in the American Society of Plenning Officials be takes for a year.

district will pay for the cost of closing the alleys end street on the

/Moved by Thatcher, seconded by 'Verner, that RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
NO. 2079, closing the alleys in Block.110 r.na Block 83 enc Coolidge
Avenue from 18th street to 19th Street., be adopted. Carried, all
Councilmen present voting aye.on roll -call. Councilman Cordingly absent.

Ordinance be referred to the City Attorney, the Fire Chief and the

Moved by Kilcrease, seconded by Warner, that the fcllor.ing
transfer of funds be authorized:
$ 454.21 from the Sp. Del. Tax Fund to the General Fund.
206.00 from the Sp. Gas Tax Street Tmp. Fund to the General Fund.
$ 245.00 from the Sp. Gas Tax Street Imp. Fund to the Street Imp Funs

end laid over, under the rules end according to law. Carried, ell

Kilcrease,that the meeting adjourn until two o'clock P.M. on Thurdey the
