Councilmen present: Cor&ingly, Y._lcrease, Thatcher, Warner, Bird. Councilmen absent : none. Minutes of the previous meeting of January 3, 1939 read. The following paragraph ordered stricken from the minutes: " Proposals having been called in for gasoline for the year 1939, same we e opened and examined No action taken". Request of the Municipal Employees Association for the appointment of one member of the City Council to act in an advisory ca)scity in conjunction with the Cormittee on. Civil Service of he Association, read.
