, Mr. John Prusher present regarding the lease of the Sunset Oil
Company. He stated that he has the opportunity to purchase the who. rf

and requesred the Council to allow a low rental on the approach to
the pier. Council assured him that the rental would be reasonable ar
referred him to the City Attorney for the proper lease papers.
Mrs. Popelar of the Pacific Auto \irecking 'hard p resent ,and
entered a complaint against the giving of information regarding
delinquent bb.srness licenses. She stated th.-t a check covering the
license In question had been deposited with Attorney Beck. She,
tbanied the City Council for their consideration in reducinir the
business license or wfecking yards.
, A proposal from the San Diego Tractor and Equipment Company
for a new grazier, read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Iiic rease,
that RESOTLrIldh4 NO. 2037 approving the rental lease agreement
and authorizilg the Mayor to sign same, be adopted. Carried, all
Councilmen present voting aye on roll -call. Councilmen absent:
none.
