Eilcrease, Thatcher, Warner, Bird. Councilmen absent: none.

Warner, that the heading, only he read. Carried, all Councilmen
present voting aye. Citr Clerk Dale Smith read the heading.
Moved by Warner, seconded by Cordingly, that ORDINANCE NO. 667'--
entitled " An ordinance amendinp in certain respects Ordinance No.
532 of the City of National City, California,'an Ordinance
regulating the removal of trees upon the streets within the City
of National City, California, and providing fur the replacement
thereof and fixing. penalty for its violation, passed and adopted
on the 20th day of November, 1923", be adopted. Carried, by the
follo',tiina vote to -vat:
