Councilmen absent: none. .Fire Chief 3ird and ChLef of Police Knapp requested asdecision from the City Council as to the procedure to be followed in the regulation of the sale and ute of fireworks. After some discussion, •it was decided to ask-the-merch.ants,to delay the, sale of fireworks until June 20th, t1-,is year. New licenses to be issued as of June 20, 1939. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Kilerease, that the application of H.L.Worden to install a miniature steam train in the Park area, be denied.
