estimate of adjuster secured by City. After considerable discussion,

it was decided to have Ed Mueller', appraiser, acting/behalf of the

have a Contractor to check the list.

Donald J. Bates for payment of delinquent tax without the seven
percent interest and'hhe cancellation fee on the PT* of Ea of W* of
