That he is and nt all times hereinafter mentioned was a citizen of
the United States of America, over the age of twenty-one and City
Clerk of said City of National City, California; that on the 18th
day of April, 1936, and more than three hours before the time
designated in the foregoing notice and call for a special meeting of
saideity Council, for the meeting therein referredto, affiant
personally delivered in said City, to each of the members of said
City Council, a notice whereof the forogoing is a true copy.

Councilmen present: Cordingly, Kilcrease, Thatcher,
Warner, Bird.
The purpose of this meeting being the canvass of the
returns of the General Municipal 1lection, the City Council there—
upon opened the ballot boxes and canvassed the returns.
-"Resolution No. 1815, Declaring theresult of the General
Municipal Election held April 14, 1936, was read. Moved by
Thatcher,sedonded by 'earner, that the Resolution be adopted.
Carried, all Councilmen present Voting aye. Reso]ution is as
follows:
Councilmen Cordingly and Kilcrease, City Clerk Dale
Asa R. 'Jebb
Smith and City Treasurer,1being present, each took the oath of
office.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Kilcrease, that the
meeting adjourn. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye.
