exception in the Building Code, read and referred to the Planning
Commission.

Eransfers to authorized:
s 2,813.81 from the Special Del. Tax Fand to Sinking Fund # 4.
'' 01 3,181.26 from the Special Del Tax Fund to the General Fund.
Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye.

75 interest coupons -Series D- due and payable on the 15th day
of September, 1936, read and upon a motion by Warner, seconded by
Cordingly, same was adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present
voting aye.

Proposals -National City Lighting District No. 1, read. Moved by
Thatchers econded by Cordingly, that the Resolution be adopted.

Nayes: Councilmen, none.

"Weed Ordinance",was placed on final passage and on the motion by
Thatcher, seconded by Kilcrease, same was adopted. Carried, all
Councilmen present voting aye.

certain officers and employees of the City of National City and
fixing compensation thereof, read. Moved by Kilcrease, seconded by
Thatcher, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen

Moved by Thatcher, seconded by Warner, that the recommendations
of the auditors in rdgard to the registering of the Library warrants
by the City Clerk be adopted and that the City Clerk be instructed
to inform the Library Board. Carried, all Councilmen present voting
aye.
ffoved by Warner, seconded by Kilcrease and Cordingly, that
D.P.Guy and Rohn Carry be appointed as members of the City Planning
Commission. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye.
,-Moved by Thatcher�m seconded by Kilcrease, that the Chamber of
Commerce be granted their request to use the aerial map of the City
in their booth at the Del Mar County Fair. Carried, all Council-
men present voting aye.
�o !ar3E RESOLUTION NO. 1836, appointing certain officers and employees
of the City of National City, California, and fixing compensation
thereof, read. Moved by Thatcher, seconded by Cordingly and Warner,
that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present
voting aye.

Company of San iego, asking
that they be informed of the sale of the bonds for the new City
Hall read and ordered filed.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Kilcrease, that the meeting
adjourn. Carried, all Cound lmen present voting aye.
