Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Thatcher, that the matter of the City audit be laid over until the meeting of Dec. 1V, 1935 and that the qnance Committee report on the matter at that time. Carried, all ‘'ouncilmen present voting aye. /Report of the City Court for th4month of November, 1935, read. Total$$1,023.50. Ordered filed Communication from the St. Matthews and St. James Vestry inviting the City Council to the Reception of Welcome to Rev. Alexander Campbell, read and ordered filed. Communication from the Division of Highways, regarding the the erection of signs from the arcade type of buildings, read and the City Clerk ordered to inform the District Engineer that the City of 'rational City has no regulations governing this type of buildings. 'Communication fromt he Livison of Highwaya regarding the allotment of 0 4400 to be used for the cleaning and sweeping of National Avenue, read and ordered filed. Report of the Police Department for the month of Octobdr, 1965, read and ordered filed. ✓Communication from the War Department regarding the installation of the naval mooring in "aVal Berth No. 86, read and ordered filed. Communication from the "eague of California Mdnicipalities regarding the publication of the speechs made at the convention, read and the City Clerk ordered to procure one copy. Filed. /Communication from the State Board of Equalization regarding the code map for the National City area, read and ordered filed. ✓ Moved by Warner, seconded by Thatcher, that Officer Harry Smith be reinstated tokhe Police force and that the appointment of Lowell BUllen be cancelled. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. /Matter of Ordinance regulating the vaccination of dogs, referred to the Chief of Police and the City Clerk. �y Moved by Thatcher, seconded by Kilcrease, that the City Council go on record as approving of such certain projects 255 heretofore submitted to)the WPA Authorities, and authorizing the proper authorities to sign suc4 projects upon the final approval. Carried, all Councilmen voting aye. Moved by Uordingly, seconded by ILilcrease, that the meeting adjourn to Dec. 9, 1935. Carried, all 'ouncilmen eating aye.
