Moved by Thatcher, seconded by Kilcrease, that the Council endorse the resolution. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. Communication from Mr. E.L.Rowland, regarding the drainage condition in/ Paradise Valley read and referred to the Street .I.sletment}i �,��-�� Committee of Healtb,'r'egarding the application for a MastersPlumbers Permitted; the Paradise Valley San. 196 Communication from the Social andCivic Club of Lincoln Acres read and referred to the Street Bepartment. ° Communication Mum the Builder's Exchange, read and ord- ered filed. Communication from the Union Title Insurance Co. regd. The City Clerk instructed to reply. Moved by Thatcher, seconded by Cordingly that the proper officers be authorized to make the following transfer: $101.41 from the Sp.Del.Tax rund to the General Fund. Carried, all `'ouncilmen present voting aye. Moved by Warner, seconded by Kilcrease, that the City of National^City continue the existing contract with the Electrical Products Corporation for the Neon Sign at $8.20 per month for 36 months. Carried, by the following vote to wit: Ayes; Councilmen Cordingly, Kilcrease, Thatcher, Warner, and Bird. Nayes: Councilmen, none. Absent:Councilmen, None.
