Carried, by the following vote to wit: Ayes: Councilmen, Cordingly, Thatcher, Warner, Bird. Nayes: None Absent: Councilmen, Kilerease. DIlLNGE NO. 639 amending Ord. No. 508, of the City of National City, California, aelitiag to travel and traffic upon the public streets, was placed on final passage and on motion by Thatcher, seconded by Warner, same adopted. All Councilmen present voting aye. Annual report of the Fire Dept. read and ordered filed. Quarterly report of the City Treasurer for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 1934, read and ordered filed. Quarterly report of the City Clerk for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 1934, read and ordered filed. Moved by Thatcher, seconded by Warner, that the proper officers by authorized to make the following transfer: $366.45 from the Sp.Del. Tax Fund to General Fund. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. Appeal of the N.C.Salvage Co. referred back to the Planning Commission for their final decision. Matter of changes in the Building Ordinance, discussed. Referred to Councilman Thatcher, and Chief Bird.
