Minutes of the regular meeting of October 1, 1935, regd and approved. Quarterly report of the pity Treasurer and the City :]ark for the quarter ending September 30, 1935, read and ordered filed. , Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Thatcher, that the proper officers be authonized to make the following transfer: $ 1450.00 from the Special Del. Tax Fund to the Sinking Fund No. 6. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. .RESOLUTION NO. 1789, authorizing the payment of interest coupons in Sinking Fund No. 6, read. Moved by Kilcrease, seconded by Cordibgly, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. 'Moved by Warner, seconded by Cordingly, that.Matle Peterson be granted a refund on over -payment of taxes, and that a warrant be drawn in her favor. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. ORDINANCE NO. , an Ordinance creating a SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND, read. Moved by Thatcher, seconded by Warner, that the Ordinance be introduced and ljid over under the rules and according to law. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. 2 Moved by Thatcher, seconded by Kilcrease, that the City Council go on record against the Bay Bridge, and that a written protest be filed t±th the proper authorities. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. g Moved by Thatcher,s econded by Warner, that the proper officers be authorized to enter into a contract with E,G.Tarr, for the purchase of a new Dodge flat rack truck. Carried,by the following vote to-wit2, Ayes: Councilmen, Cordingly,Bilcrease,Thatcher,Warner,Bird. Nayes: Councilmen, none Absent: Councilmen, none. Moved by Cordinglu, seconded by Thatcher, that Runles 245 Mosley be deputized as a special Police officer. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye.
