Carried, all Councilmen present votin voting aye. o Mr. M. L. Barth and Mr. W. C. Crandall were present regarding license fee on wrecking yards. Moved by Wade, seconded try Thatcher, that the matter be laid over till next meeting. Carried. °RESOLUTION NO. 1703, requesting the Pepsodent Company continue their broadcast of Amos 'n Andy over Radio Station KFSD, was read. Moved by Waddell, seconded by Thatcher, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried. °Petition of Bess Buell Rohrer to have penalty and cancellation fee of $2.44 deducted from 1932 tax, was read. Moved by Waddell, seconded by Pettit, that the fee be cancelled. Carried, all Council- men present voting aye. °Communication from H. F. Hannis regarding contribution toward dredging the channel, was read, and laid over till next meeting. 63. &Communication from Harry E. Wade regarding courteous service rendered by Street Department read and ordered filed. o Report of Building Inspector for month of March, 1933, read and ordered filed. o Report of City Treasurer for quarter ending March 31, 1933 read and ordered filed. * Report of City Clerk for quarter ending March 31, 1933 read and ordered filed. °Matter of Beverage license for George Baeder taken up and laid over till next meeting. • Matter of Beverage license for Mrs. Etta Klein taken up. Moved by Waddell, seconded by Wade, that the license be granted on condition that Food Handling permit be issued to her by the County Health Dept. Carried. °Moved by Waddell, seconded by Pettit, that the Chief of Police be allowed a fund of $15.00 to provide food for Dogs impounded in Pound. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. `'RESOLUTION NO. 1704, accepting deed of M. Belle Shryock, et al, - was read. Moved by Waddell, seconded by Wade, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. °Communication from Department of Public Works regarding Water Resources was read, and referred to the City Attorney.
