Regular meeting of the City Council called to order by the Mayor.
Councilmen present, Pettit, Thatcher, Waddell, Wade and Roque.
Minutes of regular meeting of February 21, 1933 were read and
approved as corrected as follows: action of Council on communication
from Gladys Choate, ordering communication filed, ommitted.

°Communication from All American Exposition Committee regarding
Exposition to be held in San Diego March 11, 1933 read. Moved
by Waddell, seconded by Wade, that the communication be filed.
Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye.
°Communication addressed to Mr. Frank L. Wade regarding Grove
Street improvement read and ordered filed.
°RESOLUTION NO. 169q, requested by League of California Mun-
icipalities re -Gasoline Tax Re -Allocation was read. Moved by
Waddell, seconded by Pettit, the Resolution be adopted and the City
Clerk be instructed to notify Senator William E. Harper and
Assemblyman Charles Stream to that effect. Carried, all Councilmen
present voting aye.
°Communication from.City Attorney of the City of Beverly Hills
regarding Assembly Bill No. 897, read and laid over till next meeting:
°Petition of George E. Baeder to have PoolEall license formerly ,
issued to M. 0. Manlove changed to his name, read andreferred to ,.-
Police Commissioner.
° Report of Building Inspector for month of February read and
ordered filed.
°Report of City Court for month of February read and ordered filed.
