Warrants ordered drawn for same. Carried, all Councilmen present
voting aye.
'Communication from American Can Company regarding personal tax
refund was read and laid over till next meeting.

cancellation fees on delinquent taxes was read and laid over till
next meeting,

was read. Moved by Thatcher, seconded by Wade, that
the petition be granted. Carried.
°Report of City Judge for month of April, 1933, was read and
ordered filed.
°Matter of License for wrecking yards,was brought up, L9r. M. L.
Barth being present. Moved by Waddell, seconded by Wade, that the
matter be laid over till next meeting. Carried.

°Matter of re -naming Avenues West of National Avenue brought up
and referred to the City Attorney for preparation of an Ordinance to
cover same, Motion by Waddell, seconded by Wade and carried.
'Moved by Waddell, seconded by Pettit, that the proper officers
be authorized to transfer $702.00 to the Police Fund from the General
Fund and $600.00 to the Light and Water Fund from the General Fund.
Carried.
Moved by Waddell, seconded by Wade, that the Council adjourned
Carried.
