Regular meeting of the City Council called to order by the
Mayor. Councilmen present- Bird, Cordingly, Murray, Waddell,
and Requa.
Minutes of the regular meeting of November 17, 1931, read
and approved.

,Communication from the ,,Board of Supervisors, San Diego County,
with copy of Resolution fixing 50¢ per day as a compensation to be
paid for Board and care of prisoners committed to the County Jail,
was read and ordered filed.
-Communication from the National City Chamber of Commerce
expressing their thanks for savings in Bond Issue for street purposes
was read and ordered filed.
.Report of the City Judge for the Month of November 1931 was
read and ordered filed.

guns and bombs for handling,
The matter was referred
to the Police

'Matters of Neon sign and plasterer's license laid over.
'Matter of narrowing K Avenue was laid over.
•A representative of the Southern California Pictorial Life
was present regarding advertising space in publication.
-Pursuant to Ordinance No. 611, the unsold balance of the
Bond Issue authoti:ied;by Special Election held on December 6, 1926,
numbered 30, 36, 42, 48, 54, 60, 66, 72, 78, 84, 90, 96, 102, 108,
114, 120, 126, 132, 138, 144, 150, 156, 162, 168, 174, and 180,
were presented by the City Clerk and same destroyed in the presence
of the City Council.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Murray that the Council
adjourn. Carried.
