Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. .Mr. James Maxwell was present complaining of condition of 65. building on Lot 23, Block 79. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Murray, that the City Clerk be instructed to write the owner of said lot, stating that unless same was removed, condemnation proceedings would be started. Carried. •ORDINANCE NO. , An Ordinance providing a license for the paddling of bread, pastries, etc., was read. Moved by Bird, seconded by Murray, that it be introduced and laid over under the rules and according to law. Carried. .ORDINANCE NO. , governing the posting of handbills, dodgers, etc. was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Bird, that it be laid on the table. Carried. 'Bond of Lleyd Murray, Master Plumber, presented. Moved by Bird, seconded by Cordingly, that the bond be approved, accepted and ordered filed. Carried. ✓•RESOLUTION NO. 1540, Accepting Deed of W. R. Polk and Wife- for land for street purposes on L Avenue, was read. Moved by Bird, seconded by Fritz, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. RESOLUTION N0. 1541, Changing -name of Olivewood Drive to L Avenue, was read. Moved by Bird, seconded by Murray, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. RESOLUTION NO. 1542, Authorizing payment of bonded indebted- ness due March 15, 1930, amounting to $3,150.00, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Bird, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. I.RESOLUTION NO. 1543, Directing the City Engineer to furnish diagram for the grading of Palm Avenue, Fairmount Avenue and Divi- sion Street, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. LRESOLUTION NO. 1544, Approving diagram of the City Engineer for the grading of Palm Avenue, Fairmount Avenue and Division Street, was read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Murray, that the 66. Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. '1RESOLUTICI NO. 1545, Directing the City Engineer to furnish diagram for the grading and other improvement of portions of 17th Street and B Avenue, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Murray, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. %RESOLUTION NO. 1546, Approving diagram of the City Engineer for the grading and other improvement of portions of 17th Street and B Avenue, was read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Murray, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Councilmen present voting aye. •Moved by Murray, seconded by Bird, that the Street Super- intendent notify the Butterfield Construction Company, also the Bonding Company, to begin the paving of portions of D Avenue, 16th Street and L Avenue, under contract dated Feb. 11, 1930, at once, and to complete same within time allowed.
