Trustees present- Bird, Cordingly,Fritz, Murray and Addis. Minutes of regular meeting of May 7, 1929, read and approved. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. /Communication from Jos. S. Smith regarding parking zones _ was read and ordered filed. 'The Street Department reported that the trees removed by Robt. S. Porter and Edward Moore had been replaced, but that the tree had not been properly removed by Mrs. Curt. ,Moved by Bird, seconded by Murray, that the proper officers draw a warrant upon the General Fund in favor of Robt. S. Porter for $10.00 and Edward Moore for $5.00, being refund of deposits for removal of trees. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. .Mr. Blackman was present regarding tideland leases. ,Bond of Alvah R. Bell, Master Plumber, was presented. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Bird, that the Bond be approved, accepted and ordered filed. ,RESOLUTION NO. Carried. OF INTENTION 1426/for National City Lighting District No. 1, was read. Moved by Murray, seconded by Fritz, that the Reso- lution be adibpted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. 286. RESOLUTION NO. 1427, Accepting Deed of Dale Smith and Wife for land for street purposes on L and K Avenues, was read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Cordingly, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. ),RESOLUTION NO. 1428, Accepting Deed of Laura F. Kimball for land for street purposes on L Avenue and 16th Street, was read. Moved by Bird, seconded by Cordingly, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. 1,RESOLUTION NO. 1429, Accepting Deed of Thomas E. Ward and Wife for land for street purposes on 16th Street, was read. Moved by Bird, seconded by Murray, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. I.RESOLUTION NO. 1430, Accepting Deed of Nola E. and Elmer Wheaton for land for street purposes on P Avenue, was read. Moved by Murray, seconded by Cordingly, that the Resolution be adopted.
