Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to order
by the President. Trustees present- Bird,Cordingly, Fritz,
Murray and Addis.
Minutes of regular meeting of June 5, 1928, read and
approved.

Moved by Murray, seconded by bird, that the bills be allowed
and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried, all Trustees
present voting aye.
,Communication from Miles S. Edgerton, Recorder, regarding
salary, was read and ordered filed.
Moved by Murray, seconded by Cordingly, that Dr. Theo. F.
Johnson and Mrs. Gertrude H. Silver be appointed members of the
Board of Trustees of the Public Library, term beginning July 1,
1928. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
,ORDINANCE NO. , An Ordinance amending Sub -section
C of Section 19 of Ordinance#530, regarding construction of
sidewalks, was read and laid over.

ORDINANCE N0. 586, An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No.
278, and fixing closing hour for pool halls,etc., was placed
on final passage, and on motion by Bird, seconded by Murray,
same adopted, all Trustees present voting aye.
.ORDINANCE NO._ , Repealing Ordinances Nos. 525,
547, 552 and 570, Establishing Fire Limits, etc., was read.
Moved by Bird, seconded by Murray, that it be introduced and
laid over under the rules and according to law. Carried.
.ORDINANCE NO. , An Ordinance Amending Section 2
of Ordinance No. 569 Creating "Zone A", was read. Moved by
Bird, seconded by Fritz, that it be introduced and laid over
under the rules and according to law. Carried.
.ORDINANCE NO. , Establishing Fire Limits, etc.,
was read. Moved by Bird, seconded by Murray, that it be in-
troduced and laid over under the rules and according to law.
Carried.
RESOLUTION N0. 1282, Accepting Deed of Arthur V. Bragg
for land for street purposes on l6th Street was read. Moved
by Bird, seconded by Murray, that the Resolution be adopted.
Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
.RESOLUTION N0. 1283, Establishing the grade of B Avenue
from the Southerly line of loth Street to the Northerly line
of 12th Street, was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by
Fritz, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees
present voting aye.
RESOLUTION NO. 1284 OF INTENTION to change and establish
the grade of C Avenue from the Southerly line of loth Street
to the Northerly line of 12th Street, was read. Moved by
Cordingly, seconded by Bird, that the Resolution be adopted.
Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
lIRESO LUTION NO. 1285, Authorizing refund of fees collected
under Ordinances Nos. 578 and 583, was read. Moved by Bird,
seconded by Cordingly, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.

.'RESOLUTION NO. 1286, Setting time for hearing of appeals
from the warrant, assessment and diagram for the paving and
other improvement of Highland Avenue from Division Street to
Thirtieth Street, onrJuly 3rd, 1828, at 8 o'clock P.M., was
read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Bird, that the Resolution
be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
'Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Murray, that the sum of
$600.00 be transferred from the General Fund to the Park Main-
tenance and Improvement Fund and the proper officers be instruc-
ted to make the necessary entries upon their records. Carried.
.The President of the Board appointed Trustees Murray and
Cordingly as members of the Water Committee.
Moved by Bird, seconded by Murray, that the Board adjourn.
Carried.
