A. Finch of the United States Engineer Office protesting against the proposed bridge across San Diego Bay. . Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Addis to it tne Crty Clerk and City Engineer be instructed to trite Major Finch, protesting the construction of the bridge across San Diem-) Bay. Carried.
