Trustees present- Addis, Bird, Cordingly, Fritz and Murray. Minutes of regular meeting of June 21, 1927, read and approved. The following bills, audited by the Finance Committee, "presented: L. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. ,Mr. Loop was present requesting that the Board relinquish the right to the County Supervisors to construct a roadway through o Sections 106 and 105. He was requested to furnish list of petitioners, also map showing route proposed through City. 92. , Communication from the Pacific Coast Building Officials Conference regarding the preparation of a building code and requesting financial assistance was read and ordered filed. , Report of the Recorder for month of June, 1927, showing fines collected amounting to $1104.00 was read and ordered filed. . Report of the Librarian for year ending June 30, 1927, was presented and ordered filed. .The Finance Committee reported that arrangements had been made to have the Recorder's books audited. ,Bonds of Edward Rohde and George F. Reeder, Master Plumbers, were presented. Moved by Bird, seconded by Cordingly, that the Bonds be approved, accepted and ordered filed. Carried. 'RESOLUTION NO. 1147, Accepting Deed of Kate B. Griffith for land for street purposes on D Avenue was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Bird, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. ;RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1148 for National City Lighting District No. 1 was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Addis, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. d.RESOLUTION NO. 1149, Adopting plat of district for grading and other improvement of portions of Sanitarium Avenue, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Streets was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. %RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1150 for the grading and other improvement of portions of Sanitarium Avenue, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Streets was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz, that the City Attorney and City Engineer be instructed to prepare plans and specifications for the paving of Highland Avenue from Division Street to Thirtieth Street.
