Regularly adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees called
to order by the President. Trustees present --Addis, Bird,
Cordingly, Fritz and L'uriay.

•Comrunication from C. J. Rambo & Carmody, Accountants, re-
Eardinr audit of the books was read and referred to the Finance
Corriittce.
*Communication from the City Planning Commission recommend-
ing that an Ordinance requiring installation of gas and water
mains and grade dedicated streets be required before a Map of
Subdivision is approved ;!as read and referred to the City
Attorney and City Engineer.
.Petition of property owners to pave Third Street Faith five
inch asphaltic concrete from the Easterly line of National Avenue
to the VVesterly line of Highland Avenue was read and referred to
the City Engineer.
•The matter of parking signs was referred to the Street De-
partment.
.The Str-et Superintendent reported that the bridge on
Seventh Avenue was in need of repairs. hoved by Addis, seconded
by Cordingly that the Street Superintendent be instructed to lay
planks lenEth»•ise on bridge. Carried, all Trustees present
voting aye.
.The City Engineer was given further time regarding the open-
ing of Fourteenth Street, also in the matter of Twenty-fourth
Street Railway crossing and the grading of Lanoitan Avenue.
Fire Committee given further time regarding fire hydrants
on East Eighth Street.
.City Attorney given further time regarding tide land lease
of J. C. Blackman.
,Map of Austin Heights, a Subdivision of portion of Twenty
Acre Lots 3 and 4, .uarter Section 132, was presented.
.RESOLUTION tO. 1068 accepting the Ilap of Austin Heights, a
Subdivision of portion of Twenty Acre Lot; 3 and 4, Qua:ter Sec-
tion 132, as read. Moved by dird, seconded by Addis that the
Resolution be a.opted. C_rriod, all Trustces present voting aye.
•Moved by Bird, seconded by Fritz that the City Engineer and
City Attorney be instructed to prepare plans and specifications
for sidewalkin' and curbing Highland Avenue from Eighth Street
to Thirtieth Street. Carried.

Moved by Fritz, seconded by Addis that the Bond be approved,
accepted and ordered filed. Carried.
ORDINANCE NO. , an Ordinance fixinG the tax rate
for the fiscal year 1926-1927 at 0.72 per one hundred dollars
wasCread. Moved by Cordincly, seconded by Bird that it be
introduced and laid over under the rules and according to law.

adjourn. Carried.
