Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to order
by the President. Trustees present --Addis, Bird, 0oriingly,
Fritz, and Murray.
Minutes of the re=ular meeting of January 19, 1926, read
and approved.

ordered filed.
,Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz that the petition of
G. Vandertunk for refund of e5.00 deposit for removal of tree
be granted andancl that the proper officers draw a warrant on the
General Fund. Carried, all Trustees ;resent voting aye.
.Bond of Lloyd Murray, master plumber, was presented.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz that the bond be approved,
accepted, and ordered filed. Carried.
,The President of the Board subnitted.the following names
as members of the Planning Commission: John F. noel, Dr. E.
S. Coburn, C. T. Short, T. A. Bo•iman, and D. Z. Bird. Moved by
Addis, seconded by Fritz that John E. Beal, Dr. E. S. Coburn,
C. T. Short, T. A. Bowen, and D. T. Bird be a:::"o1nted members
of the City Planning Commdesion. Carried.
,Moved by Bird, seconded by Fritz that the Deed offered by
Filloughby and Lozier for a portion of ten acre lot 4, quarter
Section 153, for street purposes be referred to the City Engin—
eer and the City Attorney. Carried.
.Moved by Bird, seconded by Cordingly that the Street Super—
intendent be instructed to remove the iron culverts on Eighth
Street fro- A to K Avenues. Carrie', all Trustees present voting
aye.
Moved by Bird, seconded by Cordingly that the Board adjourn.
Carried.
