Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to order
by the President. Trustees present --Addis, Bird, Cordingly,
Fritz, and Murray.
Minutes of the regular meeting of February 2, 1926, read
and approved.
The following bills audited by a majority of the Finance
Committee, presented:

and warrants ordered drawn for same. Carried, all Trustees
present voting aye.
,Communication from the San Diego Provision Company, Inc.
regarding the erection ofan-inspected meat packing plant was
read and ordered filed.
,Petition of the Sweetwater Water Corporation and J. T.
Bohnert requesting the vacating of certain streets and alleys
was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Addis that it be
referred to the City Attorney and the City Engineer to prepare
the necessary papers. Carried.
.Petition_of Louis Nieman, accompanied by a deposit of

$5.00 to remove one tree at 525 E. First Street was read.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Addis that the petition be
granted. Carried.
.Communication from E. L. Malcolm, Plumbing Inspector,
submitting an Ordinance governing the installation of gas was
read and referred to the City Attorney.
,Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Bird that a sixty candle
power street light be installed at the intersection of Fifth
Street an( B Avenue. Carried. all Trustees present voting
aye.
,The Street Superintendent recommended that the deposits
for removal of trees be refunded to L. L. Southwick and Joe A.
Eller.
.Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz that the proper
officers draw a warrant in favor of L. L. Southwick for $5.00,
also one in favor of Joe A. Eller for $20.00 on the General
Fund for deposits for removal of trees. Carried, all Trustees
present voting aye.
.The Street Superintendent recommended that Louis
Guichard's petition to remove trees on Twenty-fourth Street be
granted.
,Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Addis that the petition
of Louis Guichard to remove seven trees on Twenty-fourth Street
be granted. Carried.
,The Deed of Willoughby and Lozier for a portion of ten
acre lot 4, Quarter Section 153, for street purposes was laid
over.
'Bonds of W. B. Cook and Frank M. TattErsal], Master Plumb-
ers, were presented. Moved by Bird, seconded by Cordingly that
the bonds be approved, accepted and ordered filed. Carried.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Bird that the Board adjourn.
Carried.
