Trustees present --Addis, Bird, Fritz, and Murray. Trustee Cordingly absent. Idinutes of regular meeting of June 15, 1926, read and approved. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye. •Communicztion from the State Compensation Insurance Fund --regarding insurance for volunteer firemen was read and referred to the City :_ttorney. Communication from Iirs. Thelen regarding funds for the Library was read and laid over. 2. Petition of J. C. Payton to have the pool license of F. E. Ludington transferred to him was read. Moved by Addis, seconded by Fritz that the pool license of F. E. Ludington be transferred to J. C. Payton. Carried. 'Moved by Bird, seconded by Fritz that the City Clerk be in- structed to request the Sweetwater Water Corporation to install a fire hydrant on Highland Avenue and Fourteenth Street in -place of the stand pipe. Carried. ,Reports of the City Clerk and the City Treasurer for the quarter ending June 30, 1026 were presented and ordered filed. .The annual report of the City Clerk for the year ending June 30, 1926 was presented. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Bird 1 that the City Clerk be instructed to have same published. Car- ried, all Trustees present voting aye. .Report of the Recorder for the month of June,'_showing fines collected amounting to $1,343.69 was presented and ordered filed. .The annual report of the Librarian for the year ending June 30, 1926 was presented and ordered filed. .ORDINANCE NO. 562, Limiting the time for parking on portions of National Avenue and Eighth Street was placed nn final passage and on motion by Addis, seconded by Bird same adopted, all Trus- tees present voting aye. .Petition of property owners for a fire hydrant at First Ave. and Eleventh Street was read and referred to the Fire Department. RESOLUTION NO. 1061, Authorizing the payment of bonded in- debtedness due July 1, 1926 amounting to $362.49 was read. Moved by Bird, seconded by Fritz that the Resolution be adopted. Car- ried, all Trustees present voting aye. .The Fire Chief stated that they were in need of 250 feet of lI inch hose. Moved by Bird, seconded by Fritz that the Board adjourn. Carried.
