,Communication from Mr. J. E. Blackman re"a:ding application
for an extension of tide land lease was read. I,1oved by Bird,
seconded by Addis that an extension of thirty years be granted
to J. Blackman of the north forty acres Jnich he holds under
a tide land lease, provided the terms of tN; lease can be
arranged ana pcovEded that Mr. Blackman shall also enter into a
contract modifying the lease he now has of said land so that
Eleventh Avenue may at any time after the date of said extension
be opened and extended through said lands if the same shall be

.ORDINANCE NO. 564 Calling a Special Election to be held
December 6. 126 submitting the proposition of a $160,000.00
bond issue for certain municipal improvements WAS placed on final
passage and on motion by Bird, seconded by Addis same adopted by
the following vote: Ayes --Trustee: Addis, gird. Fritz and Murray,
Nays --Trustee Coma!naly.
.RESOLUTIOI'J NO. 1061 accepting Deed of Alfred E. and Liable J.
Hawken for land for street purposes was read. Moved by Bird,
seconded by Fritz that the Resolution be adopted. Carried, all
Trustees present votlnr, aye.
.RESOLUTION NO. 1082 authorizing payment of bonded indebted-
ness due November 1, 1926, amounting to $1837.50 was read. Moved
by Cordingly, seconded by Addis that the Resolution be adopted.
Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
