Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to order
by the President. Trustees present- Addis, Bird, Cordingly,
Fritz and Murray.
Minutes of regular meeting of March 17, 1925, read and
approved.

and warrants ordered drawn forthe same. Carried, all Trustees
present voting aye.
.Communication from A. C: Healy regarding refund for trees
removed, read and ordered filed.
.Communication from the State Compensation Insurance fund,
regarding insurance for fireman, read and referred to Fire Com-
mittee.

.Communication from Governor Richardson, regarding the
necessity for increasing time of tideland leases, also the
answer written by the City Attorney, read avid ordered filed.
•Report of the Recorder for the month of March 1925,
read and ordered filed.
.Reports ofthe City Clem and City Treasurer presented
and ordered filed.
.The City Engineer reported that the Potter Radiator
Corporatin were willing to put 6th Ave. in good condition,
but not to official grade. Also that the work of remodeling
City Hall had been done at a cost of $85.98. Moved by Fritz,
seconded by Cordingly, that the report, regarding 6th Ave.
be accepted. Carried.
,It now being time for hearing regarding protest against
closing 19th Street, D to E Ave., Trustee Cordingly stated
that the water main on 19th Street had bee:: removed.
.Resolution No. 984, denying and overruling protest for
closing 19th Street, D to E Ave., was read. Moved by Cordingly
seconded by Addis, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried all
Trustees present voting aye.
.Bond of Frank M. Tattersall, plumber presented. Moved by
Cordingly, seconded by Fritz, that the Bond be approved, ac-
cepted and ordered filed. Carried.
:ORDINANCE NO. 551, ammending section 3 of Ordinance No.
540 and fixing salary of City Marshal was placed on final
passage and on motion by Addis, seconded by Fritz, same adopted
all Trustees present voting aye.
J.RESOLUTION NO. 985, granting Franchise to the A. T. & S. F.
Ry. Co. for a track on portions of 9th Avenue was placed on
final passage and on motion by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz,
same adopted all Trustees preeent voting aye.
•ORDINANCE NO. ' , ammending section 1 of Ordinance No.
525, establishing Fire Limits and regulating construction of
buildings was read. Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Bird, that
it be introduced and laid over under the miles and according to

Moved by Bird, seconded by Cordingly, that the Board
adjourn. Carried.
