Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to
order by the President. Trustees present- Addis, Bird,
Cordingly, Fritz and Murray.
Minutes of regular meeting of Feb. 3, 1925, read and
approved.

Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz, that the bills be allowed
and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried, all Trustees
present voting aye.
The City Marshal requested an increase of salary. Same
was referred to the Police Committee.
.Petition of the Sweetwater Water Corporation for per-
mission to install a gasoline tank on 9th Street near First
Avenue was read. Moved by Bird, seconded by Addis, that the
petition be granted. Carried.
Communication from Ralph L. Williams requesting to be
appointed motorcycle traffic officer, was read and referred to
the City Marshal and Police Committee.

.Moved by Addis, seconded by Bird, that the City Clerk
be instructed to advertise for bids for remodeling the City
Hall as per plane and specifications furnished by the City
Engineer. Carried.
,Moved by Fritz, seconded by Addie, that A. C. Healey
be granted permission to remove two treea as per petition filed
Jan. 20, 1925. Carried.
-RESOLUTION NO. 977, Changing and Establishing the grade
of Sixth Avenue from the Northerly line of 8th Street to the
Southerly line of 13th Street, was read. Moved by Fritz, se-
conded by Cordingly, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz, that the Board
adjourn. Carried.
