order by the President. Trustees present- Cordingly, Fritz
and Murray. Trustees absent- Addis and Bird.
Minutes of regular meeting of June 16, 1925, read and

Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz, that the bills be allowed
and warrants ordered drawn for the same. Carried, all Trustees
present voting aye.
.Communication from John F. Boal regarding the trimming
of trees on N Avenue and 24th Street was read. Moved by Fritz,
seconded by Ccrdihgly, that Mr. Boal be given permission to trim
same. Carried.
,Petition of property owners to vacate a strip of land.
10 feet wide en each side of 7th Street between lot and 2nd

Avenues was read and referred to the City Engineer.
,Petition of citizens for street light at 15th
Street and 3rd Avenue and 17th Street and 3rd Avenue was
read and referred to Trustee Cordingly.
.ROports of the City Clerk and City Treasurer for
quarter ending June 30, 1925, were presented and ordered
filed.
,Annual report of the City Clerk for year ending
June 30, 1925, was presented. 'loved by Cordingly, seconded
by Fritz, that the report be filed and the City Clerk be in-
structed to have same published as required by law. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
Annual report of the Librarian for year ending June
30, 1925, received and ordered filed.
.Report of the Recorder for month of June 1925, received
and ordered filed.
.Loved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz, that Mrs.
Gertrude H. Silver and Dr. Theo. F. Johnson be appointed
members of the Library Board. Carried.
'RESOLUTION NO. 994, Authoriz'_ng Payment of Bonded
Indebtedness due July 1, 1925, amounting to $390.62, was read.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz, that the Resolution be
adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
Moved by Cordingly, seconded by Fritz, that the Board
adjourn. Carried.
