Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to order
by the President. Trustees Present- Addie, Bird, Cordingly,
Fritz and Murray.
Minutes of regular meeting of May 19, 1925, read, corrected
and approved.

Petition of U. 0. Manning to install a gas pump in
parking at 2908 East 8th Street was read. ?loved by Cordingly,
seconded by Bird, that the petition be granted, work to be done
under the supervision of the Fire Marshal. Carried.
,Copy of communication from the City Attorney to the
City Recorder regarding a decision of the courts regarding de-
} pooit of fines collected, was read and ordered filed.
,Communication from the Trustees of the Library Board
tegarding the re -appointment of Dr. Theo. Johnson and Mrs. Silver

until the next meeting.

removal of trees was read. Moved by
Cordingly, seconded by Fritz, that the requested be granted,
and the proper officials authorized to draw warrant for same.
Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
'Communication from the McMonagle Advertising Agency
was read and referred to the Fire Committee.
,Trustee Cordingly wee given further time regarding
the installation of fire hydrants.
,The City Attorney was instructed to procure a copy
of the San Diego ordinance regarding signs and report at the
next meeting.

Southerly line of Plinth Street was read. Moved by Cordingly,
seconded by Bird, that the Resolution be adopted. Carried,
all Trustees present voting aye.
'RESOLUTION NO. 992, Adopting- Plat of District for
paving portions of Eighth Street, Ninth Street and A Avenue
was read. Moved by Fritz, seconded by Addis, that the Reso-
lution be adopted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
.RESOLUTION NO. 993 OF IIiTENTION for paving portions
of Eighth Street, Ninth Street and A Avenue was read. Moved
by Fritz, seconded by Cordingly, that the Resolution be ad-
opted. Carried, all Trustees present voting aye.
'Moved by Fritz, seconded by Addis, that the Street
Department be instructed to rehang the doors at the entrance
to the room over the City Hall. Carried.
Moved by Bird, seconded by Cordingly, that the Board
